Order Fulfillment
Orders may be processed through our distribution partners (Exact Abacus, DHL, Royal Mail etc.) for the purposes of shipping products. Required Information: Name, email address, phone number and delivery address. This information may also be shared with delivery partners for the purpose of delivery and delivery tracking.
We are happy to deliver to a destination of your choosing but if this is not your billing address then you agree to take all responsibility for correct delivery and applicable duties and taxes as appropriate. No refunds will be given until the goods are returned to endoscope-i at the trading address above. Shipping is not refundable, return shipping costs where applicable will be deducted from any refund.
Shipping Costs
Except where shipped in error by endoscope-i, shipping costs are not refundable.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.
Import Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any and all duties and taxes levied within your country. Goods rejected for import duties will only be refundable when they have been returned to endoscope-i by the carrier. In circumstances where goods are not returned we will be unable to offer any refund.
It is not our company policy to undervalue goods for customs and tax purposes.
Damaged or Incorrectly Dispatched Goods
Goods that are received in a damaged condition or goods that are despatched incorrectly by endoscope-i Ltd will be eligible for exchange or a full credit.
If goods are damaged or received incorrectly endoscope-i Ltd must be notified of this within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. endoscope-i Ltd will arrange collection of damaged/incorrect goods and re-delivery of the correct goods.
Goods Incorrectly Ordered/Not Required
Goods returned in unopened, undamaged condition within 60 days of the date of delivery will be credited at the customer’s actual purchase price less a £15 restocking fee.
The return of unwanted goods to endoscope-i Ltd is the responsibility of the purchaser; alternatively endoscope-i Ltd will arrange collection of the unwanted goods at the prevailing DHL rate per collection within the UK and at agreed rates for the rest of the world.
Any damaged products will be charged a re-packing charge at a rate of £10 per item of goods.
If the goods are returned in a damaged box a re-boxing charge of £8 per box will be applied.
Goods returned after 60 days from date of purchase will receive no credit.
Notices
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site https://shop.endoscope-i.com/contact-details. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. [Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.] In providing the the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
Conclusion
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
